Why can't I watch Bond, James Bond?

I went to online support and they couldn't help me so they had someone call me back and she couldn't help me and told me to go to feedback. Perhaps someone could help me here. Yesterday I subscribed to Apple TV+. When I go into the app (on either of two Firesticks) I noticed that some movies don't have a play option but say "How to Watch" ("No Time To Die" for example). When I click on that it says:

You can buy, rent, or subscribe in the Apple TV app on iPhone, iPad, and other streaming devices.

I'm not understanding this statement as I have subscribed in the Apple TV app on my streaming device. The support person who called me back earlier attempted to explain by saying that some movies on display are not actually available. Obviously this doesn't make sense and she had no clue so of course she sent me off to "feedback." So far the customer service is sub par. Anyone have an explanation for this? Anyone?... Anyone? .... Bueler? Thank you in advance.
