Charging iPad 9th Gen with 30W Mac charger
Hi! Is it safe to use mac charger and iPad 9th gen charger cable to charge it?

Absolutely.
While all models of iPad can be safely charged by the 30W Power Adapter, many recent iPad models also support USB PD (Power Delivery) Fast Charging - and will benefit from much quicker charging when using a 20/30W Apple USB-C Power Adapter.
