Notification’s management

Hi,

If i go to Setting’s ->Notification’s ,the apps not appear there.

If i go to Setting’s ->App(Battery app,Twitter app etc) it don’t show Notification category.

Can someone help me to solve this issue?

Deniysa,

Do you have any restrictions set up that might impact those particular apps? Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

If you delete one of those apps, and then reinstall it, does that behavior still continue with that app?

Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Redownload apps and games from Apple

If so, you’ll want to reach out to Apple Support so they can look into this behavior further: Contact Apple Support

Regards.

Hello Deniysa,

Thanks for reaching out through the Apple Support Communities about not seeing notification options for those particular apps.

Is your iPhone 13 all up to date? Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

How about your apps? How to manually update apps on your Apple device

Also, does restarting your iPhone have any impact on this behavior, even if only temporarily? Restart your iPhone

Hopefully those details will help to isolate this behavior further.

Take care.
