Yes, it's a setting. Settings>Phone>Calls on Other Devices>Allow Calls on Other Devices.

But turning it off is not going to solve the problem that you're sharing an Apple ID.

Based on previous threads, the OP is sharing an Apple ID.

As long as you are sharing an Apple ID with someone, as you've stated you are in other posts, your call logs will sync.

Sure. Restore your phone to factory state, not from back up. Log out of the current Apple ID and create a new one. All your problems will be solved.

Or, ask the person who might have put restrictions on your phone to remove them.

It may be that someone has set restrictions on your phone.

Then the setting could be on the other device then if they are sharing an Apple ID.

What kind of other devices do you have? Where are you getting this call log from?

The only way call logs get synced across multiple devices is if all of the devices are using the same Apple ID.
