Update billing address
i’ve trie several times to update my billing address and always get a message “Apple Pay Unavailable; Apple Pay services are currently unavailable. Please try again later.” Has anyone else encountered this?

Wondering which computer or device you are using, and if the software is up-to-date.
Have you tried signing in to your Apple ID and changing billing / shipping address there. ?

You might want to try this Apple Support article:

Wondering which Mac or device you are using, and which Operating System (OS , iOS) is installed.
Your Mac OS or iOS may need updating, in order for Apple Pay to operate smoothly once again ?
OR
If you see an "Update Failed" or "Apple Pay Not Available" alert after iOS update or restart

Thanks. I signed in to my Apple ID and found my billing address listed correctly there, so I guess all is well, even though my phone has a different address.
