Pokemon Go app crash on my IPhone 12

When I open the Pokemon Go app on my IPhone 12, the first screen (black and white Niantic) flashes up then goes black. This issue started three days ago and I have exhausted all Niantic support suggestions - turning phone off and on, deleting and reinstalling app. I have been able to sign into the account on different devices, so I haven’t been “banned.” All other apps are working as expected. Any suggestions would be appreciated by this old lady who is sure her psyduck buddy misses her! Thank you.

I am having a similar problem. All three Niantic games (Pokemon Go, Wizards Unite, Pikmin Bloom) are having problems. Pogo crashes immediately. WU crashes after asking for birth date. Pikmin hangs on the first screen. This only happens on my iphone 11 with ios 15.1. I can log into Pogo and Pikmin on other devices (ipads). I can't log in to the Wizards account on any devices. The problem started on Tuesday afternoon, so I thought maybe it was related to AWS outage. Also, all three accounts use Facebook to log in. I think it must be the phone, though. Have also reinstalled apps, restarted phone. Haven't resorted to reset yet.
