Excess Screen time usage by "accounts.google.com"

I just realized that the last two days or so I have had "accounts.google.com" use up 24 hours of screen time. How can that be when most of the time it was during the night or early hours of the morning when I'm sleeping. Also when it happens during the day I'm not even using anything from google.

What could this be?
