We just installed OS Big Sur and my previous email mail boxes are missing. Also my MS Word etc. are all disabled (circle with a cross). Where do I find these?

We just updated, installed OS Big Sur, Version 11.51 onto our late 2015 iMac Retina 4K. My previous list of email mail boxes disappeared and my MS Word (office) are now disabled (circle with a slash). How do i retrieve these?

The MS files have a line because they are probably 32 bit apps that are no longer supported. You will need to upgrade to Office 2016 or later. The new Office is 2021 or 365. Your email folders are just hidden. Look for the + sign in your folder left column and click on that to find your mail folders.
