If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.

The people who answer questions on these boards are mostly other customers and can't grant one.

If your son has been making purchases on your Apple ID account, these would be something that you will be responsible for. You can certainly tell Apple that this was a mistake, but whether or not, they will credit you will be iffy ... especially since these purchases occurred months ago. I'm a bit surprised you did not see them as debits on your credit card then and didn't do something about it at that time.

This is a user-to-user forum. We don’t know who you are, or anything about your account. You can go here:https://reportaproblem.apple.com and request a refund, but Apple is not obligated to refund, as all purchases are final. Depending on the circumstances, however, they can make exceptions. Given how long ago this was your chances aren’t great, but give it a try. If the automated system rejects your requests you can click on Get Support at the top of this page and speak to an Apple support representative.
