locked ipad

I have a locked ipad - I don't remember the user ID or pw I used, it was an extra one so I created a different email account, I used it just for music. I have erased it from find my phone

Any ideas?

If you have removed it from find my, and have erased it, you should just need to turn it on and set it up again.

If that is not the case, then tell us what is showing up on screen?
