dual phone usage

I have 2 iphones--one for work and one for personal. Is it possible to forward calls, SMS, and iMessage from one to the other so that I only have to carry one phone? Issue is that I need to be able to both receive AND SEND from both numbers. The receive part is working fine. The send part is not. Any suggestions?
