When notifications come up on the Lock Screen does it count as screen time

when using screen time monitoring as a parent on an iPhone do Lock Screen notifications count towards the total screen time

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're looking for information about Screen Time. Reviewing article, Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, under section: See your report and set limits, it doesn't specify if notifications on Lock Screen is counted towards the overall time, however it does state that you can see how many times a device was picked up or received a notification.
