3rd generation Apple Watch power cycling after update 8.1

My 3rd generation Apple Watch has not responded well to this update - it seems to be power cycling, it keeps turning off and I cannot turn it back on manually, just have to wait for it to turn on itself.

Apple Watch won't update after last update drew battery down too much. My Apple Watch series 5 is less than a year old. The last update drew the battery down so badly that it now won't hold a charge -- it boots in a loop, and fails to get past 1% charge. The new update doesn't have enough time to load before the watch reboots again. It isn't the charger because it always has enough power to boot. It's been like this for more than 24 hours now. On charger all night and all day. Still 1% charge, reboots after about a minute.

Apple Watch series 3 sensors not working I have an Apple Watch series 3. Six days ago it was updated automatically to the latest update 7.6.1. After that all sensors stopped working. Hart rate, step counter, activity, light doesn’t turn on when charging, display wake on wrist etc are not working. Any idea how to fix this?
