factory reset

My phone is unresponsive and the power and volume buttons won't work, how do i factory reset it?

You can try this first, If your iPhone won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support, make sure you are using the buttons correctly to force restart it. If you are, then see this about restoring the iPhone to factory. Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
