Error code 2102F while reinstalling MacOS

So I recently had to reset my MacBook and remove the OS and I’m trying to reinstall it and after I put in my wifi password the progress bar takes over 40 minutes to complete and afterwords it shows a globe with and error on it and displays the code “2102F” I tried doing what others said to fix it but nothing seems to work. What should I do?

1 - Was this method used? Use Disk Utility to erase an Intel-based Mac

2 - Was this method used ? How to reinstall macOS

In # 2 above - one needs and active and functioning Internet Connect to connect with the Apple Servers. Best results is via an Ethernet Cable to Router.

If one has booting into Internet Recovery Mode Command + Option + r and the Globe has appeared with the error code mentioned - that method also requires and Internet Connection - Ethernet Cable to Router will give best results.
