Transferring office for Mac from one computer to another
Presently I have Microsoft Office for Mac on my iMac but want to move it to my husband's Mac Book. Can I do that?

Office 16.55 is the version number for a number of different Office products.
If you have the Office 365 subscription service, then you can download office and log in with your account to activate it. But you will need the Family version to use it on more than one computer.
If you have the Office 2019 or 2021 one time purchase version, you will need the original installer and product key to install it on your husband's Mac.

My iMac is a Retina 5K, 27", 2020
My husband's is a MacBook Air 2014
Both have Monterey 12.0.1
Office is 16.55
