How to solve Camera is covered

I set up the Face ID on the new iPadPro gen 5 2 days ago, but it doesn’t work. Camera covered message come up every time.

I would check to ensure there is no dirt or other substance on the camera area of the display. Also, if you’ve put a case on your iPad since setting up Face ID, make sure the case isn’t covering any portion of the camera lens.
