My new iPhone 13 pro max doesn’t vibrate
I don’t know why no phone does not vibrate it never has since I got it new
iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 15

To get started, have you gone through all the steps listed in the "Related Article" that can help with this issue?
If so, by chance do you have 'System Haptics' disabled in Settings > Sounds & Haptics? If so, when System Haptics is off, you won’t hear or feel vibrations for incoming calls and alerts.
