Music app draining iPhone 12m battery with "background activity"

Even though Music is not used (and even after hard reset+deleting and reinstalling Music) app´s bacground activity drains battery fast. Sometimes up to 80% of daily battery usage.

For now, only thing i could do to tackle this, was to delete Music completely.

There must be a bug in some of the recent iOS updates, right?
