I was looking at the Storage capacity in my Ipad, and I accidentally clicked "Delete App" on the Sketchbook Pro section..... I lost all my work. Is there a way to retrieve all my documents?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you have deleted an app and would like to recover the data in the app.
Have you redownloaded the app? The data may be saved in the app itself or if the app was offloaded, the data may be saved on your iPad although the app was deleted. Further information is found in How to check the storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
If you've redownloaded the app and do not see your data, it may be saved in a previously created backup. However, restoring a backup to your iPad would restore all apps and settings to their state at the time of that backup. Any data saved after that would be lost.
