Cannot delete data plan from iPhone

Today my esim stopped working, after communication with cellular company, they have recommended to re-instal data plan. However, I cannot Delete the old one. I tried to reset network setting 2 times, as well as reset all data plans, but no difference.

It shows as it’s loading, but data plan is not removing.

As you can see on the screenshot, it’s loading and stuck like this for more than 10 minutes with no change.

Same happens when I try to add the new data plan, it’s stacks at activation loading.
