2 Phones linked to 1 account

So I gave my nephew my old iPhone so he can play games on it and the games he's downloading also download on my phone. Is there a setting that I can toggle to prevent my phone from being overrun by the kids games he's downloading??

Settings > App Store > Automatic Downloads (the top section, shown in light print) > Apps (off; i.e., not green)
