My AirPods only flash white when I take one out of the case and won’t connect to my phone

My AirPods only flash white when I take one out the case when I try to connect them and they won’t connect, what do I do to connect them ?

AirPods Max won't connect after reset my AirPods Max wouldn't connect to my phone so I kept putting it in its case and taking it out to see it if would worked and I didn't I charged them fully still nothing so I restarted them nothing worked so I factory reset it and I still won't connects. the lights blink and everything like they work but they won't pair with anything

my airpods won't connect. They won't even flash white and i tried everything i see online my airpods won't connect. they won't even flash white and i have i'm stressing over this.
