Making a video

Rough outline:

create a project

add the video

add an audio track, insert the music in it

if the video has any audio of its own, you may need to adjust the volumes of the two audio tracks, or even separate the original audio and remove it.

save the project, perhaps exporting it back to your Photos library.

I think you can do that with iMovie.
