Hi there kae1951,

Being able to rely on your iPhone to let you know if a missed call/voicemail is something we use ourselves, and we'd like to help get it working with your own phone.

Let's start with some basics:

  1. From your post, we see you have iOS 15 installed, but the latest version for your model is iOS 15.1. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. Here's a link that'll show how to first back up, then Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
  2. If you already have iOS 15.1 installed, the next step would be to confirm if your notifications are set up correctly for the Phone app. Check out: Use notifications on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
  3. Has a restart been tried since this began to occur?
  4. When was the last time you saw notifications for calls/voicemails?

Take care!
