How do I change the creator name connected to an older playlist?

I changed my name for my Apple ID and after I logged out and logged in of Apple Music (via android phone) again, it looked like playlists I had previously made had the updated name on them. However when I went to share them to social media platforms, the link that the thumbnail still shows my old apple account name as the creator. How do I fix this permanently for sharing on every kind on social media?
