Passcode for time limits

Since my update I have a time limit on using my apps. Thankfully I can ignore the limits but it’s annoying that I have to go through all my apps to do this. Also I have a pass code that is required to turn this function off. Weird because I never set a passcode to do this however I have my son phone linked to mine, on his phone There is a passcode with app limits that I can control. Please help me figure out how to turn this function off of my phone.
