Photos won't open in Walgreens/Walmart or other photo printing sites

Why won't photos open when I'm in a website to upload them to print or make a Christmas card. This question has been asked a bunch but no real answer or apparently attempt by Apple to rectify this??!

Most likely these are HEIC format images taken on a phone that the wallgreens sight cannot recognise.

To solve, select the images and file>export xx images

select jpg as the kind and then choose a folder to put them in. Upload them from the folder.

Hi helpmewithmacstuff1,

We understand you're having trouble with pictures on a website. We're happy to help.

To start, we'd suggest providing more specific details about the issue you're having. Which Mac model and macOS version are you using? Are you using Safari, or some other browser? What is happening when you try to open pictures on a website? Are you not getting the option at all? Are you able to access your Photos folder, but unable to select a picture to open? Are you getting some sort of error?

Details like this will help give the community a better idea of what exactly you're seeing so members can provide more relevant responses.

We look forward to your reply. Cheers!
