Apple pencil is paired with iPad Pro but it will not write or do anything? I have tried restarting, repairing the pencil via blue tooth, forgetting it etc. still will not write or function period. I have the ipad pro12.9 2020

Make Sure: that Bluetooth is enabled
Be Certain: there is power to your Apple Pencil
Successfully Pair: and charge your 2nd Generation Apple Pencil
Is the Pencil charged? When you get it paired, what are you trying to use it on? Makings sure that you have the Apple Pencil 2nd generation that charges by attaching to the iPad Pro.
Prior to this issue, when was the last time your Pencil was charged up and used?
Did your Pencil EVER lay around unused for ANY prolonged period of time without being charged up and ready to use?
I have googled and Searched apple to help me try everything.
