Hi GJM1219,

It sounds like you keep seeing an Apple Logo on your iPad during startup. We're glad you've joined us in Apple Support Communities. Let's see if this helps.

It looks like you've had the chance to review If you see error 9, 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. That's a great start, but we have some additional advice for you.

If you haven't already, follow the steps in the section, "If your iPad turns on but gets stuck during startup" from If your iPad won't turn on or is frozen. This link has the most frequent solutions to troubleshooting when you keep seeing the Apple Logo. If you get to step five, be sure to choose "Update," not "Restore." As a head's up, any of the steps in the above links could potentially result in data loss.

If the issue remains after following those steps, let us know if you are getting an error message or number. If so, please provide the error number.

We hope that helps with your question and take care!
