Can't delete file because its pathname is too long. Infinite references to itself.

I have a file {app}.xcodeworkspace in my trash bin that seems to have an infinite reference to itself.

Image:

If I try to delete the file from the trash bin I get the error

If I try to delete the file with the `empty Trash` action I get the error

If I try to clear the trash through command line using `sudo rm -rvf ~/.Trash` it just returns. If I list with `ls -a` there's nothing there

Below I've opened the trash bin icon on the left and ~/.Trash on the right. The Trash bin is the only place that has this folder

I've restarted my mac twice, I'm not sure how to remove this file.
