Is there a fix for the camera not capturing all the details in night time photos?
I took pictures of my house Christmas Lights and a surprising number of them show unlit when in fact they are lit. Using video it is not subject to this problem. The still pictures should be likewise ok.

If you LED Christmas light, that's is why some of them appear to not be lit. LED lights flicker at 60 hertz. You camera is catching them when they are in the off state.
Follow barberlives123's advice and hopefully it will fix your issue.
