Full Page Screenshot Not Working?

I updated to the new version of safari on my iPhone 12 Pro. The address bar is on the bottom and when I take a screenshot and click on the thumbnail in the bottom left corner…I do not see the option for “Full Page” anymore.

Is that still an option? If so, how do I do it?
