canceled the subscription and didnt receive money

Hello, my card was charged for the subscription, and I canceled it and issued a refund. I received a message that the money was returned to me, but I did not receive the money

If the one used is no longer valid or it's already been that long, ask your financial institution or the iTunes Store staff.
