If the sender is using the same email, then you can easily block it.

1. Open the message
2. Tap the sender’s name at the very top of the screen
3. Tap the info button
4. Tap Block this Caller

If the sender is spoofing email or phone numbers, then the next step is rather drastic.

When a text message is successful, the sender will receive a confirmation (sent or received).

You will need to disable iMessage and SSM in order to tell the sender that your number is no longer accepting their unwanted messages.

They will usually stop after about a few days.

After that, you simply restore your iMessage and SSM.
