I bought a new iPad mini to replace my broken screen iPad mini. None of my book show on my new iPad.
I have tried resetting, and multiple other tricks but to no avail. Any suggestions?
Thanks. That was the issue. It was my wife's ipad and unbeknown to me is she had her own kindle account. We use mine for all audio and digital books. once I logged out and log back in with my user name and password ...... problem solved.
The obvious first question is whether you are signed into the Amazon app on your new iPad with the same Amazon account and password.
