I recently noticed that my newly bought ipad air 4 is not charging well after 15-20 mins its only one percent charged. What is the issue behind it. Adapter is perfectly fine cable is fine then why is it charging so slowly?

Yupp i am thinking to take it to the retail store to have a test because i charge my iphone with the same power outlet and its great but its not charging the ipad so i should take it to an apple genius to have a look at it
Try a different power outlet or take it to an Apple retail store to have a certified Apple genius test it.
