iPhone 7 stuck on restart page

my phone has been stuck on the restart apple logo page for ~ 30 minutes. For a minute it showed a screen that said go to support.apple.com/iphone/support I followed the instructions on that page but it got stuck again on the apple logo. How do I fix this?
