iPod Nano (7th Gen) will not transfer movie.

Hello community of apple, i have an iPod Nano (7th Gen) and it is having trouble transferring movies. When i try to transfer a movie, it will not even appear in the syncing window. I heard it's about copy protection but I don't know how to get around this.

Help needed!

The iPod Nano (7th generation) needs SD or lower resolution video.

iPod nano (7th generation) technical specifications - Apple

Normally (non-DRM), you may want to convert files for iPod use. The screen is only 432×240, so any higher res movies is a waste of disk space and processing power, and thus battery.

DRM-protected movies from the iTunes Store may not allow to create a derivative copy. We can’t help you to get around that. In that case, download an SD resolution copy, see if that works (temporarily change your settings for download quality).

From what computer + OS do you sync?
