YouTube premium subscription.
I want to subscribe to YouTube premium and pay with a valid international debit card, but my payment method has been declined. I use this card all the time with no problem, so what is Apple’s issue?

The card should work in America, but as I posted above, Apple normally requires a payment method that is based in the country the App Store/iTunes is in. I am a user like you, so I don't know why Apple has that policy.
