How can I modify video parts inside a memory?

Previously I was able to modify the part of the videos inside a memory video but since the update I am unable to do it.

Whatever part of my shot videos are captured by the memory automatically are final which I find not appropriate most of the times. I have tried finding the option to do that but failed.

Help me out if I am missing something. I can’t understand why we removed such a useful feature from memory editing. Specific seconds of a video can add so much value to a memory and AI/ML can never be accurate.
