Ear tips for airpod pro

I bought my husband AirPods Pro last Christmas. He has extra small ear canals and can’t keep the AirPods in even with the smallest tip. Apple doesn’t seem to make an extra small tip. Is there a fix to keep these airpods in his ears? Why doesn’t apple consider making a smaller ear tip?
