Failed to make a call

I am trying to make calls from my IPhone to other person but of late I have been getting failed to make call with a call back option.

-Why am I getting a failed to make a call?

-The other person on his Android phone gets the call through whereas my phone doesn’t in fist go.

We both have equal signal strength of all 4 bars and both are also on same Mobile operated.

Call failed is still there 90% of time at random. It’s disappointing to own an iPhone for the first time and experience call service issues.

I am on the move I make a call there’s call fail again and again thrice then I leave it go and make a call from a fixed line or ask someone’s phone to make a call.

I faced this since last week. It was happening randomly to any number I call.

It was a voice call.

Prior to this I had an issue of randomly sim not working within 3 days of new phone.

Went to carrier and they replaced my sim so this is my new sim
