my account has been disabled in the app store and Itunes

My son recently had 5 repeated charges on his account for 4.99 which put his account in overdraft over 118.00 after he stated he didn't purchase any thing . so i had to report charges my account had been hacked.

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 15
