It won’t let me download pictures from iMessage

Whom to Contact:

Contact your Carrier, as they are the one who provide you with the service of Messaging.

Who your Carrier is:

You carrier is the company who provides you with these services (i.e. Verizon). If messaging is not working as it should, then it may be something on their end. For instance, when you contact them, they'd tell your that you don't have the service to download them (if such is the case). Photo downloading and Messaging are services you pay for --not rights.

C. Did you Just Update your iPhone?

Do your part: Let Apple know what is going on here. Provide them with feedback on this. They may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they received on this, the more they will know what is going on, and what needs to be fixed in updates to come.

2. Comment: on when this issue began, and how you have troubleshot it this far.
3. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
