Dash cam app

My iPhone will connect to the camera WiFi but won’t pair with the information on it. So I can watch the videos.

We hear that you're having trouble pairing your iPhone with your dash cam.

Are you doing this fully over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth also?

So it’s weird. I’m connecting over the dash cam WiFi. Which my phone will connect to. But the app that is used won’t connect to the camera. Does that make sense. We have uninstalled it. We have disconnected everything and tried again. We had this problem when we first got it and it had something to do in the settings but I don’t remember what it was haha. Cellular data is turned on for the app. Bluetooth is turned on. All of the permissions are done. I just can’t figure it out.
