Itunes

I just switched from an iPhone 8 to an iPhone 13. When I logged into my iTunes account it is empty. None of my purchases are showing up.

Lost iTunes purchases. HELP! After last nights software update, all my years of iTunes purchases have disappeared from my iPhone. I’ve checked Apple support and it seems straightforward enough to transfer from PC (where they are still visible). But nothing showing on my PC screen for downloading purchases back to my phone is the same as the instructions given on line. And I’m confused.

iTunes Purchases missing I very recently subscribed to iTunes match. Prior to that my iTunes purchases were visible on my iPhone and in iTunes even though they may not have been downloaded. As of today my purchases are no longer visible in iTunes or my iPhone. They are not hidden in my iTunes account, I have checked. The download button is no longer on them when I am in the account menu of the iTunes store. I have rebooted phone and laptop several times. I have no other devices on my account. I have signed out and in on my phone and iTunes several times. I have hidden and unhidden my purchases several times. Not sure what else to do.
