Three Thoughts...

A. First, Go Here: If the Camera or Flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't Working - Apple Support

B. Did you Get the Camera Replaced?:

If you are getting notifications about a camera being ungenuine, then ask the person who replaced it to replace it once more, but this time with a genuine camera. They should have known better. C. Perhaps this is a Faulty Device?:

You have a one-year, out-of-the-box, limited-warranty. S, contact app, asking if it can be covered.

• Proceed from there as necessary

An alternative would be if you have an Apple Store close by, you can make a Genius Bar appointment and have the Genius examine your device and they will explain your options. Try reading my post. My guess is there is some type of hardware issue and that can only be addressed by Apple. Contact Apple Support.
