Camera front back both , Face ID. And not working
Camera not working black screen I have reset all setting then factory reset but still not working Face ID nothing related to camera works I have iPhone 13

Three Thoughts...
A. First, Go Here: If the Camera or Flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't Working - Apple Support
B. Did you Get the Camera Replaced?:
If you are getting notifications about a camera being ungenuine, then ask the person who replaced it to replace it once more, but this time with a genuine camera. They should have known better. C. Perhaps this is a Faulty Device?:
You have a one-year, out-of-the-box, limited-warranty. S, contact app, asking if it can be covered.
Contact Apple Support:
- Contact Us - Choose Locations
- U.S.A. (800)MY-APPLE
- Proceed from there as necessary
Note: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
