adding a ticket to Apple Wallet

hello! I received an email confirmation for an activity which included an "add to Apple Wallet" but when I tap the link it does not do anything. it looks like it takes me to the company website that hosts the activity but then doesn't do anything else or add it to my Wallet. is there a workaround to add the ticket info (QR code) to Apple Wallet?
