How was the experience of using macOS Monterey? is there no problem with visual studio, python, final cut ?

Sorry, but you are asking a very "open ended" question that would be difficult to provide an answer with any clarity. All we know is that you have a MacBook Pro, that is running macOS Big Sur 11.5. We don't know if this is an Intel or M1 notebook. What CPU it has. The amount of RAM, etc.
You listed a number of apps, which we can only assume that you will want to know if they will run in Monterey. You don't even list which versions of these apps you have. Regardless, you should first check with the app developers to find out, whether or not, they have updated version (or even require them) that run on Monterey.
